Pr. Vincent Larivière
Vincent Larivière is a full professor at the Faculty of Library and Information Sciences at the University of Montreal, where he teaches research methods in information sciences and bibliometrics. He is also scientific director of the Érudit platform, deputy scientific director of the Science and Technology Observatory, full member of the Interuniversity Research Center in Science and Technology and associate vice-rector for communication and strategic planning. He holds a BSc in Science, Technology and Society (UQAM), an MSc in History of Science (UQAM) and a PhD in Information Sciences (McGill), and also completed a postdoctoral internship at the Department of Information and Library Science at the Indiana University.
